When I was younger I couldn't afford comics, not that I would have known where to get them anyway, so always relied on free-bee, hand me downs and the occasional budget packs at service station when my dad would drag me on a "holiday" (driving around for a week in the country visiting auto electricians as part of my dads sales rep job).
While this wasn't a big deal, I hated that I would I only ever get a snippet of a story. And would be left to wonder what happened after that.
Then I got into cars and didn't need comics.
Then this week my friends sister lent me these two and I'm hooked.

If you get a chance, the "daredevil Man without fear" set 1-4, by Miller and Romita, is not only beautiful, but also a magnificent story. Basically the birth of Daredevil and Electra, and how they came to be who they are.
